THE EVENTS COACH® AI – TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: Immediately

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Events Coach® AI (“the Tool”, “the AI”, “the Platform”). By purchasing and accessing the Tool, you agree fully to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Tool.

Tool = Events Coach AI / User = purchaser / Juliet = Juliet Tripp Ltd

1. Nature of the Tool

The Events Coach® AI is an artificial intelligence coaching and advisory tool trained on Juliet Tripp’s teachings, content, processes, voice, methodologies and strategic coaching frameworks.

The Tool provides general guidance, not personalised coaching.

It is not Juliet herself, and access to the Tool does not create a coaching relationship.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

The Tool provides education, strategic suggestions and reflective prompts only.

It is not:

  • therapy or mental health support
  • legal advice
  • financial or tax advice
  • investment advice
  • medical advice

No outcomes, income, results or transformations are guaranteed.

You are fully responsible for your actions, decisions and results.

3. Personal Use Licence Only

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Tool for your own personal and professional development.

You MAY use the Tool to:

  • refine your business and brand
  • improve leadership, mindset, or strategic direction
  • create content or ideas inspired by AI prompts
  • support your own clients in general terms (without using Juliet’s proprietary methods)

You MAY NOT:

  • recreate Juliet’s methodologies as your own
  • claim the Tool’s frameworks, guidance or outputs as original intellectual property
  • build a course, coaching programme, curriculum, AI tool or commercial system using the Tool’s methods
  • resell, republish or distribute outputs
  • present yourself as trained, licensed or certified in Juliet’s coaching methodology unless enrolled in one of her certification programmes
  • reverse engineer or replicate the Tool
  • use the Tool or its outputs to offer AI access, AI coaching, or AI advisory services to third parties for payment or commercial resale

If uncertain whether a use case is allowed, email for clarification before proceeding.

4. Voice Model Restrictions

The Tool may provide access to an AI-generated version of Juliet’s voice.

You agree NOT to:

  • clone, extract, replicate or re-create the voice
  • use the voice to produce commercial content
  • share audio publicly
  • misrepresent the AI voice as Juliet herself
  • imply endorsement, supervision or approval by Juliet
  • use the voice in any harmful or misleading way

Any misuse results in immediate termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Tool — including scripts, voice, prompts, coaching patterns, strategic frameworks, processes, tone, style, and instructional material — is protected intellectual property. Users may use outputs generated by the Tool for their own business, content creation, consulting, and professional activities.

However, ownership of Juliet Tripp’s proprietary frameworks, methodologies, naming conventions, structures, and coaching systems remains exclusively with Juliet Tripp and may not be replicated, resold, or represented as the user’s original intellectual property.

You do NOT own any rights to the content.

You may not:

  • copy, sell, or distribute the Tool or its outputs
  • extract data to train other AI models
  • build derivative work or recreate Juliet’s methodology
  • license, sublicense or white-label the Tool

Violation may result in legal action.

6. Confidentiality of Prompts & Data Visibility

By using the Tool, you understand and agree that:

  • your inputs (prompts) may be visible to Juliet for product refinement and quality control
  • the Tool stores prompt history to improve performance
  • no personally identifying medical, legal or financial details should be entered
  • data is not sold or shared with third parties

Your prompts remain confidential and will never be used publicly.

7. Access Terms

Your purchase includes:

  • individual access for the duration stated at checkout
  • any updates or improvements made to the Tool during that period

We may revoke access if these Terms are violated.

This licence is for one user only.

To explore a team licence, you must email to request approval.

Sharing access is strictly prohibited.

8. Platform Availability & Service Interruptions

The Tool operates through a third-party technology provider. Therefore, you acknowledge:

  • access may be temporarily disrupted or unavailable
  • features may change, update or be removed without notice
  • we cannot guarantee uptime, speed, accuracy or continuity
  • we are not liable for platform outages or maintenance downtime
  • delays, errors, interruptions or technical issues do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation

Your purchase is for access to the Tool as-is and evolving — not a guarantee of perfect performance.

9. One-Time Payment & No Refunds

The Tool is sold as a one-time, non-refundable digital product.

Due to instantaneous access and the nature of AI technology:

  • all sales are final
  • no refunds will be issued for any reason
  • no cancellations or chargebacks will be accepted

Purchase only if you are committed. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

10. No Sharing of Login Details

You may not share your login with:

  • colleagues

This licence is for one individual user. Shared access will be revoked without refund.

    generating hateful or abusive material
  • reverse engineering or extracting training data
  • competitive intelligence to build a similar product

We reserve the right to revoke access instantly for misuse.

12. Testimonials & Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant us permission to use it anonymously for marketing unless you state otherwise.

Your name will never be used without explicit permission.

13. Evolutions & Feature Changes

The Tool will evolve over time.

We may:

  • add features
  • remove features
  • refine content

  • emotional distress
  • business decisions, actions or outcomes
