hi! i'm juliet

the events coach®

High-performance coach. Founder. Speaker. Mama.
I built a one-person business to over half a million dollars, became the events industry’s leading coach, and now speak on stages around the world. I did it without burning out, without hustle culture, and without sacrificing my life to my work.
Over the last decade, I’ve built my career inside the events industry and developed a way of scaling businesses and careers that actually works in this space. Now, I support senior event professionals to do the same, using exact frameworks and strategic coaching designed for the realities of this industry.
If you’re looking for generic business advice, this won’t be it. If you want to grow at a high level and still be present in your life, you’re in the right place.

my journey

I fell into the events industry almost by accident.
What started as a part time job became a career that accelerated fast. I was good at the work. I thrived under pressure. I said yes to every opportunity and built a reputation as the person everyone could rely on. I’ll never forget or regret those years in my twenties in the industry.. But what I didn’t realise, was how I couldn’t hustle forever.
I’ve lived the version of success that looks perfect on paper, and felt completely unsustainable behind the scenes.
I spent over a decade leading global events, climbing the ladder, becoming the go-to person who held everything together. I built the personal brand. Launched the six-figure side hustle. Landed dream job after dream job. Flew across the world every month.
From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, it felt misaligned.
I was burnt out. Disconnected. A version of myself that looked accomplished, but no longer felt connected to the work that once lit me up. The pace was relentless, the expectations constant, and my nervous system was permanently on edge.
A senior role created specifically for me should have been the moment everything clicked. Instead, it became the moment I could no longer ignore the cost of hustle culture.
Stepping away forced me to question everything I believed about ambition, leadership, and success.
I almost quit events forever. But I loved the industry. I just knew something had to change.
I rebuilt my career intentionally, not urgently. Shortly after, I found out I was pregnant, which sharpened that clarity even further. It forced me to strip away everything I thought I knew about being a leader in events and build back better. Success could no longer require me to disappear from my own life.
That decision changed the trajectory of everything that followed.
I went on to build a one-person business in the events industry that has now scaled to over half a million dollars, without burnout, hustle culture, or sacrificing my health and family. Along the way, I became the industry’s leading coach, worked with over 1,000 event professionals and counting, and was invited to speak on stages around the world.

more importantly, i proved that another way was possible.

why the events industry needs a different approach

The events industry does not operate like most businesses.
It’s cyclical, deadline-driven, reputation-led, and emotionally demanding. There are intense delivery periods where everything matters, followed by quieter stretches that rarely feel like rest. Growth isn’t linear. Pressure comes in waves. And leadership often means carrying far more than your job title suggests.
This is where generic business coaching falls short.
Most coaching models are built for online businesses, predictable revenue, and clean separation between work and life. They don’t account for peak season realities, client-facing pressure, or the responsibility of being the one everyone relies on when something goes wrong.
Life coaching doesn’t solve it either.
You can’t mindset your way out of an unsustainable delivery model. You can’t visualise capacity when your calendar is already full. And you can’t apply one-size-fits-all frameworks to an industry built on trust, execution, and human energy.
I built my work specifically for the realities of events.
Everything I teach is grounded in how this industry actually works at scale. The pressure cycles. The reputational stakes. The emotional labour. The leadership load that rarely gets acknowledged, let alone supported.
This is why my clients don’t need convincing. They recognise the difference immediately.
They’re not looking for motivation. They’re looking for strategic clarity, decision-making support, and a way to scale without continuing the burnout cycle that’s been normalised for far too long.
I understand this industry in a way most coaches never could...And that’s why the top 1% of the events world hire me.

beyond     the business

A few things you won’t find on my CV
  • I’m mama to a little boy called Austin. Motherhood didn’t take away my ambition, it sharpened my standards. I truly believe it was my line in the sand moment and the making of me.
  • If you want to hang out, you'll find me in a boujee workout studio doing a barry's class or a reformer session - health is wealth!
  • I used to be super extroverted, but in my mid-thirties, I'm way more introverted. My dream night out is a night in.. preferably in a 5* hotel with room service and champagne
  • My coffee order is a double espresso, but if it’s afternoon or later I’ll take a crisp glass of whispering angel, please
  • I truly believe success should feel calm on the inside, not just impressive on paper.
